Every item we sell comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll exchange it or refund your money, provided:
1. You return it within 30 days
2. You return all the parts that KE Hardware Inc. included with the product
3. The product is returned in the package originally supplied by the manufacturer in resalable condition.
All you have to do is e-mail us at sales@kehardware.com , provide us the original order number, the product you want to return or exchange, the reason for the return, and your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will promptly return your e-mail authorizing the return. Then you return the items to:

Be sure to use a shipping company that can track and insure your return, KE Hardware Inc. can not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If the mistake is ours, or the manufacturers', KE Hardware Inc. will even pick up the return shipping bill. We reserve the right to send in a replacement if an item has been damaged in shipping.
Our goal is to please you. We know that we have quality items that will stand the test of time and perform to a high level. If for some reason you are not happy with your product, simply return the items in good condition and we will make appropriate corrections.
